Grew up in Orange County, California and had no idea that snow existed.

Then I moved to Charlotte, NC and we maybe get one or two snow days a year (and that's barely any snow... but its enough for a snow noob like me!)

But yeah, I've come to the conclusion that I do just fine without snow. Too messy, and too cold! >_<

i hope you plan to keep it all up there too.  i will be upset with you if i find any around here >:|

Uh... snow... I hope I won't see much of that here.

I'm glad we still have around 19 degrees (Celsius -> 66F) here in this part of Japan.

No snow in New York yet but we had hail a little while ago. I hate snow especially when the shit turns slippery.

I actually missed Snow from when I lived in Montana.  I live in Texas now and it hasn't snowed here since 1985.  I freakin' hate hot weather.  Cold weather for the win.

"Naturally the common people don't want war: Neither in Russia, nor in England, nor for that matter in Germany. That is understood. But, after all, IT IS THE LEADERS of the country who determine the policy and it is always a simple matter to drag the people along, whether it is a democracy, or a fascist dictatorship, or a parliament, or a communist dictatorship. Voice or no voice, the people can always be brought to the bidding of the leaders. That is easy. All you have to do is TELL THEM THEY ARE BEING ATTACKED, and denounce the peacemakers for lack of patriotism and exposing the country to danger. IT WORKS THE SAME IN ANY COUNTRY."  --Hermann Goering, leading Nazi party member, at the Nuremberg War Crime Trials

I have never lived anywhere where it hadn't snowed before. Living somewhere without the 4 seasons, I'd imagine I miss so many things about it: the several Winter activities I partake in; the colourful Falls; etc.

One thing I do dislike though is both the transition period from Fall to Winter and from Winter to Spring. Both are simply too cold and without the colourful leaves or snow.

It does get a little tiring though when it still snows through May in Montana.  Of course, there is all the driving also.  But I had a 4x4 Jeep, so it was kind of fun and I never had a problem with it.  The two wheel drive hatchback cars are a different story.
