The DLC probably wont be that good anyway so who cares if it has timed exclusivity I for one never buy anything as soon as it is released.

The DLC for Fallout 3 was alright...Especially Point look out and Broken Steel. Really loved them..

Anyway you can always wait for the GOTY edition, it is just another time exclusive.
