With a wide range of games as incredible and beloved as the Half-Life series, Portal, Team Fortress, and the Left 4 Dead games behind them, Valve has become one of the most respected developers in the industry. When they announce a new game, it's a big deal. Tomorrow, they'll do just that right here on the Game Informer website.

Over on the Defense of the Ancients website, anonymous developer IceFrog posted a blog noting that Game Informer -- that's us! -- visited Valve last week to check out his new project. Dude isn't lying, and tomorrow we'll be revealing that game and sharing all of the first details with you. 

For those who don't know, IceFrog is the developer currently maintaining Defense of the Ancients (or DotA), a popular Warcraft III mod. He was hired by Valve last year, but the project he's been working on with them has remained a mystery. Stay tuned for all the details tomorrow.

Valve is in the top 5 best PC developers and ALL of their games are amazing!

Hopefully it will also come on consoles.

Half Life- *Gets shot*

...next gen of course. I'd prefer that Valve games not be held back by console limitations of the current gen. Release A PC game this gen, port it to the console next gen. Valve has done this since the beginning, and it's always worked out fairly well.

Left for dead for ps3.

maybe, Sony has thrown alot of money to set portal 2 up like Fifa, its not a ps3 exclusive but it will look like it is. 

but no it would be a new game:

Half Life episode 3 or an entire new game i hope. Valve are great, i have played Portal and Left 4 dead and love them.

COD is roughly the same thing for the 360, you would have been hard press to prove COD:MW2 was coming onto the ps3 same with Black Ops.

I'd expect the new game to be pc.

When did sony throw money at fifa?

All ads for Fifa 11 and advertising with PS3 controllers and footage with a "golden sticker" given to it by OPMuk magazine giving the game 10/10 and calling it their game of the month. and to finish off it says out now on ps3 and psp.
