WOw I wonder what week 1 sales can be!!

How is ioi gonna track it? Will we get weekly sales for it?

Kinect Adventures, as far as I know it's bundled with every kinect and isn't sold seperately, could be wrong on last part but that's what I've heard. If this is the case, we should have techically have Kinect tracking ...

@ Skee - don't wanna wait till next year though.

Don't buy that as Game in Taunton as of yesterday was still pushing pre-order for day of release. Sounds like classic hype sales tactics to me

 

Edit: As suspected when added to the basket it says nothing about not getting it on day of release.

I have noticed that all game shops in Taunton have been massively pushing Kinect. At a guess i think retailers have been offered a greater slice of profit for bigger pre-orders. Just a guess but that is what i would do if i were MS

Does this mean GAME brick and mortar stores have hit their limit or just their online retailer? It appears to be the latter to me.

Well, it is a good sign for Kinect sales, but it's also complete bullshit. How can they run out of stock a month before Kinect releases? Does it take a month to ship Kinect cameras from the factory to the GAME warehouses? Has Microsoft put a strict limit on the number of units that each store can purchase, in order to limit sales? None of this seems particularly likely. If they'd hit the limit, they would just tell Microsoft and get a larger shipment.
