The device itself is amazing, if you want one, you should get the 32g. I've only tried FF I, and Civilization Revolution. As I have not hacked it I can't really tell you about the apps that you can get.

That's still stealing. It's pretty awful that you would just take somebody elses property. It's also illegal and counted as theft I believe.

Go for the Touch, it is great once Jailbroken.

As much as I love my Captivate I am upset that it doesn't get games like the iPhone does and the Touch gets all of them too if I am not mistaken.

Jailbreak that sucka and then start downloading some games!
