[edit: @ tonestarr] For your station, It seems logical that your third line should intersect the freeway right under the stop, or wherever is most convenient for you.  I think that given the existing track you made for the city express line it would be best to have the freeway exit track on the other side of your station. 

If you prefer to run only one line of track (for both directions of traveler) that would be completely functional, and with such a short run it would be unlikely to result in crashes.  But I always prefer doubled track:  you could unify them near the terminus so it runs back into the same place, like I did at the spawn point; or you could have a separate arrivals area, according to your preference.

Wow! 

Anyway, I realized something; either it's a great improvement on the station plan, or I'm slow and it was your plan all along

I will have an exit, which has a line to the city that merges with your line to the city (automatically).  Coming back from the city, people will be sent to your station, where there will be a line going to the freeway.  This line will go to the same exit that has the line out to the city! 

I'd have to look to see how the track would have to run, but it will work.

Alright so my tunnel to the city is now a TWO WAY subway, so we can have people riding to or from the city simultaneously. There are three boosters along the way, and I've tested both directions five times under varying circumstances to ensure it reaches the destination, and every time it worked flawlessly.

 

My station next to spawn now has three launch platforms inside it, each with a different destination. I haven't labeled them properly yet, but the station looks good. I had to cut out a large section of the hill next to the station to fit it, though, so I put in a "retaining wall" to make it look good and I think I succeeded fabulously.

The station extension, FinalFan, makes it stand above a section of your subway's glass ceiling. I hope you don't mind that - I rather like it, because it gives riders a view of the station from below, and particularly of the line that's to feed down to your station. Which, by the way, I have set up and ready for you to take the reins of it the rest of the way so you can connect it to your station. Do what you want from here - it's all ready to go.

Cool, I just have a glass ceiling to give people a view, and your station is even more interesting than the sky. 

Getting my 3DS today, but I expect I'll connect us soon.

JEALOUSY... BEYOND... COMPREHENSION...

 

I'm a player of all systems, but my heart will forever belong to Nintendo. The 3DS has looked incredible to me since the moment they first revealed ANY information about it at all. It's all I've wanted for the past year now, but my wife and I have much higher financial priorities right now. =/

So I'm just going to Minecraft it up some more.

OK, I've completed the stop.  As the prophecy foretold, travelers will go directly from either the freeway or tone's station to the road to Koriijiin City (via the bottom of the station in the freeway's case -- I hope that's not a problem if you plan any expansion of that station), while travelers from Koriijiin City will go only to the station, from where they may board your separate line which now takes them to the same  freeway exit that goes to the city. 

Tested and functional to the city and back.  tone, please check to make sure you don't mind where I put the connection.

The way it is right now is acceptable. I kinda wanted your line to feed directly into my station - return back to the same launch platform, then riders would have to actually transfer lines to get to the one leading to the city.

However, the way it is right now is fine because it DOES simplify things, and that WAS how I wanted things to be... I don't entirely like it, but it's probably better this way.
