Really? I hope the actual game is better than the demo. I played the demo and hated it. I didn't like controls, movement, shooting, etc. It's been awhile since I've played a basketball game though. Instead of a basketball game, I ended up getting Madden 11.(and I think it's great!) I played the Madden demo and thought it was it great! Since I love basketball and football, I went with what I thought would be the better game.

Maybe I'll pick up 2k11 when it drops down in price.

its rated so highly because of jordan being in it.

 

I don't care either way if it is over rated or not, that is the reason I am getting the game.

My player mode is a mode where you create a player with very little stats. You then go through draft camp playing games with other draft hopefuls trying to stand out. If you a point guard you have other objective as say a SF would. After those games are finished you get drafted and then go to your team or wait to be called up. You can set it to where you only control your player on the court when he is in the game or not. Yea you pretty much just climb through the ranks, I completed the mode all the way up to getting drafted but I really like the front office aspect of the association mode so I didn't give much more time.

Thanks for the info. I love the association / dynasty mode. Taking control of a garbage team ( Minnesota, Indiana, Sacremento ) and turning them into championship contenders makes me feel so great. What does 2K's association mode have that Live doesn't ? Theirs three way trades. But can you sign and trade players ? Can you hire a new head coach ? How much control do you actually have ?



Who's the best Pac, Nas, and Big. Just leave it to that.

I tried the demo and I didnt like it. The players movment feels really heavy. Cant justify giving the game a 9.5 score!!!

Okay So I'm going to go ahead and pick this game up lol. I wasn't even considering getting a basketteball game this year, I thought last years would be able to hold me off. But I have to try it after this.
