there is already a lot of remakes from 1 to 6 ranging from handhelds and on the PS1.

We have the compilation of ff7 which is not yet finished. Genesis, he is still out there.

I agree for the most part. But my point was basically that just adding voices, isn't that easy because the humor and charm  works differently with voices than with text. And this would be a part that could easily tank the game.

But many of the key people for FF6 are still there, Nomura/Itou/Kitase, and Amano was never at square. But Final Fantasy 4 was already remade this gen.  But final Fantasy 4 nd 5... sakaguchi, is not there. so I don't likey.

But matrix software did the remakes to the 3 and 4 final fantasy's and many liked the updates... I didn't >_>. Though, I am liking what they did with DQV, but I didn't play the original...

I haven't played it either. I just know of it's existance. Just thought I'd throw it out their in case you didn't know of it's existance. Lestatdark, or someone like that probably has played it.

wow, i was thinking about this very same thing earlier today and i was thinking ff8 too.  ff7 is my favorite but i feel something that perfect should be left untouched.  ff8 has always been either my 2nd or 3rd favorite with 10 being the other.  i think an ff8 remake would be great.

The answer is sooo obvious ... hello FF7 ? What doubts can there be ? It actually should be remade every generation !! ( ok maybe went to far there :P)

besides it is only logical to make remakes by numerical order.^^
