I spend money on plenty of DLC when it comes to the FPS and open world games. It all depends on the game really. lol

For me, I've probably bought around ten games on WiiWare/Virtual Console combined, and about the same on Live Arcade.  I've probably spent around $100 total.  I don't believe i've bought any 'expansion pack'-style DLC.

I have 11 Virtual Console games and 2 games each for WiiWare, PSN and DSiWare

So it's 

13 Wii

2 DSi

2 PS3

Im not going to count up my total spending and Im not counting Xbox Live subscriptions, but bought DLC for these games.

Halo 3: All 3 Map Packs, including one twice as I changed accounts

Gears of War 2: Both map packs and the Dark Corners expansion

Red Faction Guerilla: Demons of the Badlands expansion

Guitar Hero World Tour: 1 song pack and another single track

Alan Wake: The Writer

Mass Effect 2: Kasumi

Assassins Creed II: Memory sequences 12 and 13

Toy Soldiers and Limbo Arcade games.

Think thats it, not sure how much that amounts to.

If we are talking downloadable games then:

12300 Wii points on Wiiware
8900 Wii points on Virtual Console

That's 20200 points in total, though some of those were free from trading stars... and some were slightly cheaper than others (1 Wii points card I found for £12, and 6000 points were done by debit card which is £3 saved)

I think £280 in total.

I am not against DLC for full retail games (though am not really able to experience much through the Wii anyway) but I wouldn't for example pay £5 just for half a dozen FPS maps.

I have spent over 1000 on games.

I've got tons of games for the Wii, PS3, PSP, and 360.  I've got probably 400 comics for the PSP.  I buy any DLC released for any games that I like--and sometimes NEVER even play them (haven't even seen what Darth Vader looks like in Soul Calibur, yet!).  I used to buy movies from the PSN all the time before I found out that you can't re-download your stuff.  I'm not as bad as you are but I'm pretty damn close.

I've probably spent around $160 or so on PSN games/DLC, plus two games on Virtual Console (DKC2 and Sin & Punishment).
