Definitely. Especially because Nintendo said Other M had to be a mainstream succes title, instead of the more "niche" Prime series (or something along those lines). I think Nintendo estimated 3 million sales for the title. It's going to be hard for it to even break 1 million.

A little harder to hash the difference between 13 weeks and lifetime here because it'll be a February or March game in all likelihood, so 13 weeks doesn't ram into the holiday season like it would for, say, a prediction for Other M or Reach

You're expecting it to outsell the best-selling Zelda game of all time, which was one of the backbones of its entire console's library, by like 30%.

We have everything, in terms of lifetime predictions, from people expecting it to get its ass whooped by Wind Waker to people expecting it to outsell Super Mario Galaxy.

Gonna be interesting to see how this turns out

Also of note: some are expecting it to open only marginally better than Phantom Hourglass and Spirit Tracks.

Which i find strange. Consider these two things:

1. Skyward sword controls are going to be the most intuitive Zelda ever. In a way Zelda fans always imagend.

2. Nintendo has the biggest install base of a console ever. On which motion controls are big. 

If Nintendo brings a excellent story ( I assume so ) and a good style ( the waterpaint-style could be great ) then, this Zelda has a great chance of being the biggest Zelda ever. It has a lot going for it.
