With the Eagles Win I pull 4 ahead of hatmoza, and 3 ahead of Accuscore (ESPN's top "expert").

This week has all but JerzeeBalla (7) with 11 or more correct picks. Currently Blacksaber and I are tied with 14 correct picks and it will come down to the tie breaker. This will either be the second person to win two weeks, or the 10th different person to win a week.

As a final note, there are 3 games on Thanksgiving starting at 12:30 PM EST. Please make sure you at least have your turkey day picks in early enough (the rest can technically come later). I updated the first page with the week 12 ballot.

They are appealing to the masses according to you. That's actually the part I agreed with you about.

Anyone who doesn't know who Howard Cossell is, is either really young or doesn't know a thing about sports announcers.  You probably don't know who Jack Buck is either. I'm 25... So it's both.

Tell the San Jose Sharks fan base that.  They have one of the largest and most loyal group of fans in hockey.  Got me there. But I don't honestly think that ice hockey is that much smarter a sport than NASCAR (if you can call NASCAR a sport). I mean, this is a sport that glorifies violence in ways that Yankee football never could. When someone gets flattened while playing ice hockey, it's just another day at the office as far as fans are concerned; when someone gets flattened while playing football, it's genuinely disturbing to fans.

Damn wth happen in CInn...and Woot go Packers I had feared Vikings was a trap game. But damn an ass whooping...Packers have gotten 2 coaches fired now..

@ allaboutthegames Stop ripping on hockey and saying that people don't genuinely care when someone gets hurt.  That's ridiculous.  Both football and hockey are violent sports in which the fans like to see guys flying into each other at a million miles an hour, but MOST fans of both sports don't want to see anyone maimed.  Football glorifies violence on the same level as hockey.
