Forums - Nintendo Discussion - NBA JAM - no online for wii version confirmed

@sk88z Will NBA Jam have an online multiplayer mode on the Wii? If so, can 2 players play online at the same time, on the same Wii? Thanks.

@rubberducky00 not on the Wii. It will on XBOX 360 and PS3

Was this originally a Wii exclusive franchise? or am I getting mixed up with something else?

LOL great job, make an exclusive that lacks a modality from the demo versions, it'll sell enormously!!

CURRENTLY PLAYING: Xenoblade (Wii), Super mario 3D land (3DS), Guild Wars (PC)

Sweet.

Nice to know the HD version isn't affected

The other versions get online play.... and they're free with NBA Elite, while this one costs $50

This deserves to bomb. Dead Space-style. -_-

I've never seen a game get announced to such fanfare and then get smacked by the fail bat on a monthly basis .

The rEVOLution is not being televised

So this game doen't include something that was never in the orignal, and it's as bad as something that took something away from the original?

The logic in that is really faulty.

A flashy-first game is awesome when it comes out. A great-first game is awesome forever.

Plus, just for the hell of it: Kelly Brook at the 2008 BAFTAs

This decision really confuses me

i think it's retarded to not add online, after exclusive talking at the beginning!

But at the other side, NBA Jam never was online, like the King mentioned.

so....

it's still retarded i think, by my logic...

I don't see how not being exclusive is a fail. It didn't hurt FFXIII (the issues gamers had turned out to be irrelevant to what system it was on). And while some see being in NBA Eilte as a good thing, some see it as a desparate way to get gamers to buy a game they don't want just for the game they do.
