People are overreacting, its a 10 year increase after 8 years.

Also Pachter is a dumbass.

You're the "dumbass" because what you said really doesn't make sense just by what you've said.

Least he knows how to write complete thoughts correctly, unlike them 10 year increases after 8 years. ROFL!

Oh noes, I made a grammatical error!

100 dollars? Unbelievable. Well it is Microsoft so it is possible.

Yeah, that has to be unbelievably cheap for you. Weren't you the one who wants to pay 156$/year to play one single game online?

Yup it is.

Patcher is right ONE time and he can't just accept it.  He immediately has to make another off the wall prediction.  That's why I wouldn't go to Vegas with him.  He just doesn't know when to hold what he's got.

I agree. They should increase the subscription price even more and buy tons of exclsuives and developers with that money.

$70 per year would give another $100 million which could be used for the development of incredible games.

If this were to happen MS would have to give some seriously awesome stuff to make it worth it.....like free XBL games on demand, arcade titles, and community titles.....and much much more.

for free games to be handed out they would probably have to be first party, and i dont think very many live titles are first party, so itd prbly just more services like youtube and espn

With that extra 100-150 million dollars each year extra they should buy a small up and coming developer or something. Microsoft is somewhat lacking in first party games right now as it is. They could easily buy something good with that money.

They could buy more than 1 with that kind of money. Microsoft bought Bungie back in 2000 for less than $50 million, I can't remember the exact price all I know was that it was pretty low. I don't know if they would buy any developers though. I see them spending it to get exclusives from 3rd party developers.

idk, it might be just me but isnt it stupid to buy exclusive rights instead of just buying the studio, if you own the studio all their games will be yours, if you buy exclusive rights then the game will be yours for a few months to a year...

This is Microsoft we are talking about so everything that involves greed is pretty much possible.

Sorry for bad English.

Yes I am. More revenue = more games. You don't like exclusives?

A price hike would benefit all.
