Just curious but do any of you guys have a DS? If you think PS1/N64 graphics are shitty I have to guess you've  played nothing but PS3 or Xbox 360.

The tiny screen goes a long way to hide the flaws.  That's why I download PS1 games to play on my PSP (FFVII, Crash Bandicoot, Spyro).  They end up looking great!

Exactly!!!!!!!!

We have to wait at least two days after release before we can say Goldeneye Wii aged badly.

Gran Turismo 1

BAck then it seemed so realistic graphically, now it looks like a pixelated mess.

A lot of Ps2 Games (Black, lol)

I'll put up another vote for Bioshock. Z-grade first person shooting by todays standards. On the other hand, Rainbow Six Vegas still plays nicely but the visuals are ew.

But Metroid Prime 3, released in the same year, doesn't look or play old at all to me :/

A bit controversial but GTA San Andreas on PS2

It was a gold standard on release but I played it the other day and its a low frame rate jaggathon with really unresponsive controls.

you call Gears old ? its new! and current gen.

- Wasteland - The Mission.

3D games age worse then 2D. Other then that It's roses tinted glasses. There are things that can however help, mute colors like in gears1 would hide any such problems...

The next thing that makes games age is weather you played them when they were new(still considered good looking)

I've recently been playing starcraft1 through and ddin't find it at all bad, however a friend of mine just couldn't deal with the age... We had the reverse problem with populas...
