Hugely dissapointed with new direction of AoE, looks like Travian/Farmville marriage :(

Just signed up for the beta.

Microsoft is doing the right things... Pc market likes much more this kind of games... Putting Alan Wake on Pc would sent it to death once again... Same for CrackDown 2 or others games... RTS sell very well on Pc and Simulators... "Real" Games let them for Consoles.

Looks cool, great to see they're bringing the series back

'The best-selling'? Ahem, Starcraft here wants to say 'hi'.

Anyway, Games for Windows Live = no buy for me. Wait, no one would have bought it anyway. No try for me then.

Actually Sc1 is supposed to be at 9.5m, Age of empires as a whole series (4 games) is at over 20m.

I dislike the new turn of the series... but then again i think the development studio has been replaced with one that has no skill.

75% of the people developing the game are from Ensemble.

"I'd say about 75% of the team have worked on Age of Empires before," he said. "So it's the core team that you can feel comfortable with and who are well skilled with Age [of Empires]."

I'm really interested to see how Flight turns out.
