Read what i said again. They are hardly PS3 ONLY owners if they have a gaming pc or laptop as well.

So PS3 only owners don't have PCs?  I mean you don't have to have a gaming PC to play Mass Effect, any recent PC with even an integrated video card can probably handle Mass Effect decently.  Hell even a 600 dollar notebook can probably handle the game just fine.  I mean what are the chances of a person owning a PS3 not having a PC?

you have to consider that some ps3 owners are under 20 and dont have pc's
