Forums - PC Discussion - Recommend me PC jewels

People, I own a Nintendo Wii and a PS3. Just this week I got me a computer with a ATI HD 5750 and with it, three games that are also available in xbox 360 that I really wanted to play: Mass Effect 1 and 2 and The Last Remnant. I know StarCraft II is out and that should be good news but though I do appreciatte RTS games, they are not my favourites. I might try it still. But, as you might have imagined I rather have RPGs or adventure gaming experiences. I was wondering if with that information you might recommend me PC jewels that I might have not heard enough or at all. They don't necesarily need to be RPGs. Thanks!

you said you appreciated RTS games so I was just saying that Starcraft 2 is the latest great RTS it is a very solid game with a great map editor to boot.

If you can put up with quite dated graphics and haven't played them before system shock 1 and 2 are possibly 2 of the best games ever made.

Thanks guys!

It seems I've got a lot of research to do.

Graphics are not such a big deal for me but I've got to admit that I do appreciate beautiful visuals, specially when they come out of an outstanding art direction.

Keep naming them.

Great, I never knew this, thanks.

the last remnant is a gud innovative game, enjoy it

Baldur's Gate 1 and 2. They're kinda dated now, but they are absolutely fantastic. I'm a multiplayer junkie, and the BG games are the last 2 single player games to actually hold my attention from start to finish. Usually I start a single player campaign and burn out half way through and start multiplayer. That was not teh case with the BG games.
