Well that game might actually have decent legs if Sony actually gave it a price cut. I don't think they even publish it anymore.

Anyhow, its bad example because that game had modest sales. MW1 has sold great at full price and with a price cut. I presume people will buy it when it goes down to $20 as well.

it was actually a good exmaple as if a game didn't sell good at high price it would do well at low but when a game did well at high price it wouldn't matter much with a low price and when it has big alternatives and lower bran name than its sequel and other games

I don't think I ever played a game that deserved a perfect score. But I can enjoy GTAIV even if its less than perfect.

I haven't played MGS4. But I did beat the original. I feel asleep during a cutscene and one time I forgot I was playing a game and walked away. I hope MGS4 isn't riddled with painfully long cutscenes.

I only played SMG1. From my recollection it was a very boring experience. I'm hoping SMG2 is better.

Before this generation started people would have said there are no games which could sell over 10M copies on the 360. Now there are two franchises which have done it and noone saw it coming >6 months ahead of time. So why assume because there will be no other franchise which could sell that many if you cannot tell ahead of time with the franchises which have already achieved that feat?
