no, I've only played about 250 hours online for the entire of my collection and if I had to pay I wouldn't play online at all

I don't own a xbox360, but I think i would pay for xbox live. For mmorpg's like wow, i would pay anytime. 13€ for 1 month of endless hours of gaming vs one 40-60€ game which i would complete in 8-30 hours. Games like starcraft 2, counterstrike, cod I wouldnt pay.

well 1st thing pachter said 50% of gamers, i dont know if hes accurate but all of the ill informed cod fanboys who play nothing else would pay for cod.

one of the main reasons i dont own a 360 is because i dont want to pay for xbox live(cross game chat), i believe that since i pay for the internet online play should be free so no i wont.

Being in 3rd place never felt so good

No. Online is a very small factor in whether I buy a game. I prefer playing local multiplayer or single player.

Hell no I won't pay to play a game online. Yes, I understood the poll and OP just fine.

You would already pay Verizon/Optimum Online, etc. every month to even recieve internet access to begin with. Then you may have either PS or Xbox Live to even play games online, which is even more money. Then you gotta spend between $40 - $60 for the ACTUAL game. THEN you have to pay to play certain game's online mode which could be anything although not too much, right?

Yeah, I hope whoever adopts the idea to pay for a game TWICE fails hard as hell. I hope they do with a passion.
