as much as i hated halo 3 id rather buy reach then black ops. treyarch turned black ops into a nerfed out shooter where people use electric toy cars, propeling knifs, arrows, and magical helicopters to get kills.

yes its supposed to be about the best of the best, the black ops, but america wasnt that desperate in the cold war to create a kamikazi car which goes at 5 km/h to counter the nuclear missles of the soviet union.

Reach looks to be the better game on all aspects.

From what showed for COD Black ops it looks to be as scripted as ever which sucks. That helicopetr ride is going to be on very limited path from what I see. Why can't COD franchise integrate vehicles in tot he game like Halo or Battlefield and not change the gameplay completely whenever a vehicle section is present?

I will never forget the dissapointement when playing MW1...or any COD game infact and the following happens:

Game: "Pick up rocket launcher to go on"

Me: Err...what if I don't want to pick up the rocket laucnher and want to try beating the tank some other way...

Game:  "Pick up rocket launcher to go on"

Me: I have 5 guys here around me, why doesn't someone else pick up the rocket launcher and I can snipe?

Game: "Pick up rocket launcher to go on"

i dont really mind the campaigns, but the ai are weird, your team mates dont do anything but the enemies can kill a whole army alone.

personally i dont like the guns in halo, i dont like the sci fi feel, and i dont like the physics. but i have nothing against cod, i like the guns, i like the setting, i like the cuztomization, but i hate that i needs no skill, and that its a complete noob fest. i really wonder what the next cod will have. treyarch already made it silly with the toy cars, what are they going to add in the next one? possibly youl have a kill streak where a giant comes and starts burning your enemies with, and theyl add on a portable canon. its tarting to become a massive imaginery battle btw the kill streaks of the players while they stay camping. and if i had right know 60$ a 360 and a subscription on live it get reach.

im starting to think about a next fps. teddy bears shooting random things, every kill will give you a killstreak, you can jump duck and roll at the same time, and after a 25 kill streak you can do the matrix and dodge bullets. their would also be a perk which would allow you to defy gravity.

im sure next episode will be about rpgs(fable 3/fallout/???) then racers and platformers like(gt5/lbp2/epic mickey/kirby/donkey kong) then final episode will be the games that have already been pushed to early next year.

There is no way anyone educated enough could say Black ops looks better than Halo Reach right now when it comes to quality...


i don't think it was recorded after the reach's recent big trailer so it could be that.

 

also HALO 3 also looked BIG from its trailers but wasn't the same graphically,not comparing or anything but just saying thing slike this can happen

love the battlefield series with the open world thing

but still haven't gotten hooked to HALO

i tried HALO1,3 had fun at first but then got bored after some time

 

i would like it to be something big full world open sort of kinds.halo was directed

 

multiplayers is anothere thing but i would still like somthing big open in single player
