How is Mario Party not coming back? All the lead staf went from Hudon to NdCube.. Am I missing something? it seems to me that Nintendo reformed NdCube specially for Mario Party..

This.

I don't think it's especally reformed for Mario Party, but the majority of the staff is still available. There is nothing stopping a Mario Party 9.

Considering the success of the franchise, I doubt it will be gone forever. I suspect they are just pulling back from the new MP every year schedule they were on for a decade. Probably it will become another game that Nintendo releases just once per system.

4. Sakamoto explains that Metroid was conceived with a deep story from the beginning. But game development was very different when the game was first conceived. As technology and development has sophisticated, Sakamoto has been able to express the story himself and some of the original design team have encapsulated. This game in particular is a very "romantic" project for him, and something full of many ideas formed in the past years.

Seeing as Gunpei Yokoi is the creator of Metroid and did the first three games, I doubt the plan was to make a grand story.

Also, Mario Party has been in decline for a while. The games have not been as good as they use to be. Wii Party is like playing the old Mario games.

I've seen this since Wii Party was first announced. But yeah, Mario Party was getting stale, too many kept popping up and complaints about Mario being in too many genre's is getting a bit off-setting... Keeping the character as simple as possible to appear in most games was the idea for mario, but having too much of a good thing is really on dangerous grounds.
