Yeah I updated last night as well and if anything everything is running much faster. I even like how they reorganized how things are divided up on the blades.

No need to resort to insulting people now. You admitted your message was a bit 'messed up', and it actually didnt make sense considering the info you provided in your post. Chill.

Gamers, thats all I got to say

"JUST DON'T CONNECT WITH XBOX LIVE AND DOWNLOAD THE UPDATE!!!!!!!

So keep the Xbox 360 off for a couple of days until they fix this update!"

Your advice makes absolutely no sense.

Why not turn on the 360, connect with Live, AND download the update... but just wait until this is fixed before changing the email account?

Well there is always one that acts stupid.

If you were smart enough to check Xbox.com like I did. There were several threads on that site explaining that after the update 360 users were experiencing delays in-games, while online and when at dashboard when switching the blades. So my message might be messed up a little. But if you were so confused you should of checked Xbox.com and looked up the info Mr. You-think-you-know-everything.

And aparently these must of smooth down considering Xbox 360 users have now been able to connect to Live smoothly. It was just a warning to just not experience what those other users on Xbox.com were experiencing.

Uhh, I'm not confused and I don't need to look up any info.  My dashboard updated that night at 2am PST, within minutes of the release and has worked fine this entire time.

And your initial comment was about problems changing email accounts, and your solutions made absolutley no sense.

Now you're talking about delays in games, but your suggestion still makes no sense.  Why would somebody keep their 360 off for a few days when the alternative is playing games with some delays?  Oh no game delays, how terrible, keep your console turned off until it's fixed!

Also: MUST HAVE. SHOULD HAVE. OF and HAVE are two different words with two different meanings.

Oh so now your a English teacher on VGChartz?!?

Congrats!

Yeah, ignore the rest of the post.

And it's "you're" not "your"... are you 12?

We don't provide the 'easy to program for' console that they [developers] want, because 'easy to program for' means that anybody will be able to take advantage of pretty much what the hardware can do, so the question is what do you do for the rest of the nine and half years? It's a learning process. - SCEI president Kaz Hirai

It's a virus where you buy it and you play it with your friends and they're like, "Oh my God that's so cool, I'm gonna go buy it." So you stop playing it after two months, but they buy it and they stop playing it after two months but they've showed it to someone else who then go out and buy it and so on. Everyone I know bought one and nobody turns it on. - Epic Games president Mike Capps

We have a real culture of thrift. The goal that I had in bringing a lot of the packaged goods folks into Activision about 10 years ago was to take all the fun out of making video games. - Activision CEO Bobby Kotick

The fuck is this. Why is it ok to troll on xbox forums and not the playstation and nintendo forums?

Isn't it the other way around?

Someone trolls the Playstation forums and they get applauded, someone trolls the 360 forums and they get banned.

The Nintendo forum is fine because its inhabitants will eat the trolls alive themselves without mod interference.

Edit: It slows the dashboard down and Xbox Live enabled games lag real hard!!! So keep the Xbox 360 off for a couple of days until they fix this update!

That's odd. Everything I've read, and seen for myself, shows a faster dashboard.  Major Nelson and E even mentioned it in his latest pod cast, and sure enough, it seems much faster to me.

As I said in my previous posts above, I corrected that it has been fixed. Just last night here in America. Xbox.com and Xbox Live were experiencing technical difficulties. Now that its the next day we have now experienced a smooth connection to both servers.
