SNes best RPG's ever

You really can't go wrong with anything from the 8/16 bit era.

Some 32 bit games have great soundtracks too, like the best game of all time (Castlevania SotN).

Sega CD has a lot of great soundtracks because it had the clarity and tech to deliver great quality sound while developers still knew how to make videogame music and not try to emulate holywood movies with their soundtracks.

Robo Aleste, Sonic CD are examples of great videogame tunes.

Hmmm going back listening to alot of these JRPG soundtracks made me realsie just how ordinary they were. I used to think they were great, but they just arent so anymore.

Marty O'donell is the John Williams of the videogame world. His soundtracks are the most epic soundtracks in Gaming today.

Final Fantasy 8 by far,
Then The World Ends With You By some

Then Wipeout HD Fury,
Then Final Fantasy 7,
Then Mass Effect 1 (Not 2 though 2 was a better game),
Then OoT, Basically FF's  4-13, The Whole Mario/Zelda Series, as I remember them though not specific games, hell Those are the ones that I remember, others probably were good but I don't remember them, thus they weren't that good for me

No mention of any Tony Hawk's?

Edit: Also, not a quite soundtrack, but the lolo series on Nes had a nice tune. To this day it comes to my mind every now and then.

Tony Hawk's Soundtracks  (atleast the first few) were good, though I heard the tracks already, whereas I didn't hear the other ones in FF, and I didn't hear the songs in wipeout HD Fury, minus aphex twin. So the soundtracks seemed more exclusive to the game. whereas Tony Hawk Seemed like a random collection of good songs I'd put into a skating game. Different effect for me atleast
