Kind of facinated how many people think PS3 sales are going to collapse all of a sudden at the Holidays.  There's nothing in the numbers so far over last 24 months to remotely suggest it will sell as low as some estimates.  Ditto for some of the 360 estimates, too.

I know it's just for fun, but I guess I kind of figured people would at least take a bit of a look at the trends.



Try to be reasonable... its easier than you think...

I think most people are looking at last years sales and realizing that without the SLim and price cut effect, it probably won't match those figures.

I was more referring to the folks who have PS3 abruptly selling less than before the Slim for the same period.  It'll dip, probably, but that far?  Same for the very low 360 (or Wii) predictions.

do you honestly believe ps3 will catch up by that much by the end of the year maybe you should adjust your ps3 predictions a little unless they drop the price which you don't think they will then it won't sell that much to be less than 1 million behind 360
