The fighting in Naruto: UNS was actually fun, it's just all the open world quest crap they layered on top ruined the game completely.  No, I don't want to 5,000 steps just so I can do the next story mission damnit.


Hey, hey, hey... it's still much better than the Dragonball Z games and us anime fans have to grasp onto whatever we can get.

The open world aspect of the game was pretty dodgy, but I do appreciate the amount of detail and effort they actually put into the main campaign. Plus the games real pretty now and has 4 player co-op and online (if Namco can even bother to make it work). 

For anyone who's interested, the demo's up on Youtube and the game look's fantastic, but it's extremely short.

Considering the history & controller, it makes the most sense for multi-console owners. Of course, they could have more friends on XBL picking it up but I'd I imagine this being mainly PlayStation driven.

Yeah, being that the first UNS was only on PS3, it makes the most sense for returning players to get this on PS3.

Plus, the controller is perfect for this game.

Not sure when it's coming on US PSN, but you can make a JAP PSN account and download it.

I'm downloading it right now. :D So excited, I can't sleep.

Just beat the demo, it was so awesome. The battle is fairly easy and since the gameplay is practicly the same as the first UNS it didn't take much getting used to.

In this interview here. I didn't understand what the guy was talking about when he said you get different outcomes during button-timed events, but after playing the demo I know what he means.

By the way, even though you can't understand what they're saying (unless you speak japanese) the first button-timed event is pretty funny. You guys have to try out this demo, it really gives you a feel for what this game is all about. Also, in the interview you can see an english version of the demo being played, i'm gonne see if i can get my hands on that.

Ima play it a few more times and experiment with Naruto's new combos and jutsus.

I just played the demo

Its alot better then the UNS1 demo (I didn't get the game)

but I wish they let us use 2 chars if they put sasuke akatski in that wouldve been great.
