oh, ok i misunderstood you a bit, i thought your comments were about this game and it's devs only and  not all party games on the wii. There are definetly too many rubbish party games out there and i think it's just devs and publishers trying to make a quick buck.

It actually looks amusing. Much better than Mario Party 8 anyway. If it launches at a reduced price like in Japan I might consider getting it.

I knda miss how Stars and Coins are omitted. I liked the fact that even if you didnt earn the most stars, you could still win the end game by playing the best in minigames or by having the most coins. I like the fact that there were multiple ways to win.

I used to be a big fan of Mario Party with 1,2,3,4, and 5 but 6,7, and 8 took Mario Party downhill for me... Mario Party 8 was only ok for me and was the 2nd worst Mario Party ever only being better than #7. After seeing this video my reaction is:

Wii Party>Mario Party 1-5>Mario Party 6-8. It seems fun but without stars...I guess it will be interesting.

Key missing feature: Where's the Online? This would be an amazing opportunity to bring the casuals online.

It looks like a more strategic version of Mario Party since you can choose which card you want if your eyes are good. Looks awesome!

Wow that guy was terrible at that mode. I'm not sure what was going on but I think it was pretty interesting. I like the idea of traveling the globe.

It seems like a second boarrd with a different objective. And don't be too hard on him. It was all foreign to him. ;)
