We can safely say the ps3 is going to win this week against the 360. If slales continue on the rise I might think it can get to 9 million.

9 mil might just be pushing it a lil bit...

I wouldn't say Sony is looking "good". Nintendo is just dominating in Europe.

Europe belongs to Nintendo.

Id say Sony is looking good. The 360 is their competitor, the wii is pretty much a different market.

So the DS its outselling the PSP 5:1 and Sony is looking "good".

Nice.

Okay, lets take a look at this picture 6 months ago and see the PS3 barely pushing 30,000 units. Id say theyre looking good considering how horrific this year has been for them.

Honestly, start a thread NOT proclaiming how the Wii or DS are ruling the world and someone comes along manages to turn it into that.

6 months ago it was closer than right now in Europe.

So i'm not sure how you can argue that sony "is doing good"

How was it closer? In terms of the 3 main consoles, the PS3 was barely moving, every Wii available was bought, and the 360 was beating the PS3 out, but not by alot.

:S

The wii was selling like 50k over the ps3. Now the Wii is higher. So yes, it was closer 6 months ago.

Besides the DS alone is outselling the "sony family" in Europe.

Sony is doing awful actually.

Awful? By being 2nd place, behind the DS and the Wii which have both had sustained mass demand in Europe all year? And its not THAT far behind the wii entering the holiday period.

Oh sorry, we're not allowed to say anyone is doing well other than nintendo i forgot. Here, have your sweetie and go play outside so you dont hear the horrible words.

I never said they were successful nor doing great. I said both sony and nintendo were looking good, which they both are. I'm glad you accept that now.

@carlos

The ps3 costs more than the wii. If it would be the same price we would be talking about a different story.

Not really. Now i realize that the Wii is doing awful and the ps3 is doing great, even tho the Wii is winning by huge amounts.

Oh sweet jesus give it a rest.  I'm really tired of this "quit picking on me" attitude.  Just make your points and leave it at that, this melodramatic BS is trying my patience.

And it is particularly annoying since I actually agree with you.  People should recognize that the PS3 is doing better.  And it shouldn't be ignored just because the DS and Wii are doing great.  But it also is true that this is the holidays and we have no idea if this will persist into the normal part of the year which is what would make this a truly great improvement and not just another temporary boost like has happened so many times before.

also good for ps3 its doing good, just not wii level
