That exact same thing happened to me. I restarted my computer, and it worked. You just have to give it time to load each page, there is very heavy traffic on the site. It's still a little confusing for me. I had problems, then when I finally got to the redeem page it said I had already redeemed my reward. So I think I'm okay, but I'll just wait for an email confirmation

Last year it took a while, too, but it came before November...

the site is a mess. it did the same exact thing to me. had to refresh almost every page at least once.

ah, well. i got my figurine anyhow. still, i hope they fix it so that this problem doesn't happen.

I think it's reasonable to e-mail 'em, then, maybe they can change the address.
