so then xbox sold ~15k units in japan this week not bad. that seams about right with monster hunter frontier and slim release.

it will be tough for 360 to go 15k but around 10-12k is possible
well when blue dragon came out it sold 83k and 360 sold 37k units
hell the 2nd week of blue dragon moved 18k units
star ocen 4 with 164k units moved 25k 360's
i say 12k is possible without MHF. MHF could move up to 20k units by its self so if 360 were to sell 32k units id belive that.

You get a reliable 50% boost in sales from first day to the rest of the week for most Japanese titles. That would put MHFO at an expected 97kish first week. Your bias is bleeding through very badly. It was quite reasonable to expect the game to possibly sneak over 100k. Your 80k prediction was laughable from the get go.
Also, those figures for HW are wrong - I've checked famitsu.com for hw each week and have 25 weeks of the 26 weeks for this period.
Barring any copying errors, its more like this by Famitsu:
DS - 48k
PSP - 28k
PS3 - 20k
Wii - 17k
X360 - 16.5k
Can't be 100%, as Famitsu splits DS Lite vs. DSi models, and PSP vs. PSP Go models - but if both are totalled together in the half year figures ending June 27, then what I have above should be accurate. We'll have to see what our data says, but I had been expecting 10k for X360 with lower MH sales - so the hw totals do work out given higher sw figures.
