I very much like Blaster Master Overdrive.  I'd recommend that one.  Boss battles are great.

Not being helpful BUT the konami remakes are great games, and they will last you for a long time due to their punishing difficulty (if ur into that sort of thing).

NyxQuest is wonderful, and it really shows something NEW in platformers, which in my opinion is a rare commodity.

I would get Swords & Soldiers personally. Reviews have been great and its the guys that invented the De Blob concept.

Congrats on getting De Blob aswell, if you did only just recently buy it.

Swords And Soldiers is GREAT and criminally unknown.

art styles and bit trip games are usually great too.

 

i didn't like very much the two lost winds and nyxquest. not bad games, but short, with slow and repetitive gameplay. nyxquest has an interesting artstylle though

Swords And Soldiers ....excellent strategy game.....very addictive.... some levels are very hard.....

Umm, the Art style games do not seem appealing to me, especially considering they are $8. I have world of goo for PC, so i'm not going to buy it for wii.

Hmm a strategy WiiWare game?  I'll have to look into it myself.  I love rts and especially tbs games.

Of those I played and are on your list I'd recommend Swords & Soldiers, no matter if you already know and like RTS from PC or are just generally interested to try RTS for the first time. This game is very well done for a console RTS game.

My most wanted WiiWare game this year is Art Style: light trax, which I have yet to buy, but you already said that the Art Style games don't appeal to you.
