Forums - Microsoft Discussion - 360 S Red Light Brick Failure

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=X7AMf92r5eI

The link is to the video of someone new model 360 that went dead.  The power brick light turns red means something is wrong with the 360.  Is this the new RROD or maybe the brick went bad?  I think the video isn't fake but you guys make your own judgement.

I can't get the video to upload.  If someone can please do.  Also this thread isn't to start a flame.  I thought everyone should see it.

Man I'm beginning to freak I pre-ordered my new X-Box and sold the old one. If my new X-Box breaks down I will freak, although I've noticed when ever somebody has problems their consoles are sitting horizontal mine will be sitting vertically I wonder if its a blockage of the fans which causes the ventilation to be off and cause said problems. At least thats what I'm hoping!

wow

The red lights a short, its not exactly hard to short some pins to get the fault to occur.  What are you guys gonna post next, how the new 360 doesn't bounce when dropped???

Now that was unexpected. o_O

Random game thought :
Why is Bionic Commando Rearmed 2 getting so much hate? We finally get a real game and they're not even satisfied... I'm starting to hate the gaming community so f****** much...

There's similar issues sprouting up everywhere over the internet. Disc scratching, overheating, etc.

As for your video, maybe it's a problem with the power supply and not the 360?

Way to go Microsoft!
