Forums - Nintendo Discussion - Goldeneye, vs. Conduit 2, vs. Black Ops. What say you??

heck Im getting all 3

Around the Network

As of now these are the % chances of me buying each game:

#3_Call Of Duty Black Ops has about a 5% chance of me buying it.

#2_Conduit 2 has about a 40% chance of me buying it.

#1_Golden Eye 007 has about a 65% chance of me buying it.

So to answer the question Golden Eye is the only one that has more than a 1/2 chance of me buying it. Honestly all shooters look the same to me and I never had one before but I have played some at my friends and family members houses. If I were to get a shooter I would only buy 1 for sure and with that said it looks like Golden Eye would be my pick of my 1 and only shooter this Gen.(Unless I like Golden Eye so much that I end up getting many more shooters after)

very much my answer too for this thread, I will be getting all 3 so I wont have the dilemma of deciding whihc one to buy, not that I will be getting them at the same time though.

Buying in 2015: Captain toad: treasure tracker,

mario maker

new 3ds

yoshi woolly world

zelda U

majora's mask 3d

Too many unknowns.

Which has the best online? Which has the best framerate? Which has the larger and more varied campaign? What content will get cut out of the Wii version of CoD? Does GoldenEye even have online?

Right now I'll give it to Conduit 2 for actually showing gameplay. It looks like they learned a lot from the first. That said, I think GoldenEye has the most potential of the three, but all we have is a really kickass trailer. Activision's Wii shooters have a history of promising nothing and delivering a pretty good experience, so I guess we'll only know for sure once all three are shipping in November (you wanna delay, Sega).

I haven't really seen any good clean footage of gameplay for any of them.  I need to see that first.

Been away for a bit, but sneaking back in.

Gaming on: PS4, PC, 3DS. Got a Switch! Mainly to play Smash

I'll probably get all three, but so far Conduit 2 looks the best.  Black Ops is second, and Goldeneye is third.  Goldeneye only has 5 maps and I'm concerned with how the controls will work since it will be compatible with both Wiimote and dual analog (and I don't see dual analog working well against the Wiimote unless they give it a huge handicap or seriously gimp the Wiimote).

I will likely be getting Conduit 2. Goldeneye is a possibility.

Not interested in CoD... I was considering the older ones (WaW or Reflex) but that was mainly from the lack of multiplayer FPS on the Wii (and I would have only got 1 of them if I did... instead I have recently got Metroid Prime Trilogy for £20 )

ehh, I am tired of war shooters. That leaves the conduit and Goldeneye.

If goldeneye is polished, clean, and boosts that multiplayer to 12 players, I might buy it. I was big fan of the old one.

I am very wary of Conduit 2, due to the lackluster quality of the old one. If it improves significantly, it might be a good splitscreen title.

To tell you the truth, I'm waiting for reviews.

I liked The Conduit so I leaning towards the Conduit 2 being my first choice.  I'll probably buy it at a discounted price just as I did the first one.  I really want to get Goldeneye but I have this strong feeling it's going to disappoint.  I have great memories with the original that I don't want to destroy.  CoD will be left out in the cold because I've never bought or played one and I'm not starting any time soon.
