Forums - Sony Discussion - Move games playable with 1controller like Wii

It depends on your preference but you can play games with just 1 controller

LOL.

So the only reason to play with 1 controler is if you can not afford 2. He kept trying to skate around the dude asking the question about playing with 1 controler. Fun factor looks like it will go way down with just one (at least on sports champions)

Wow, archery with one controller sounds... so immersive. And to toggle between sword and shield use during a duel, well that sells it for me.

he didn't skate around it, he straight out said "yes" you can play with just 1 controller. just hold down "T" to toggle between sword/shield...O.o I don't see that as skating around it...

PS One/2/p/3slim/Vita owner. I survived the Apocalyps3/Collaps3 and all I got was this lousy signature.

not very impressive, b ut it's launch, so I'll pretend it wasn't that bad.

Who can afford two controllers to play a single game. Thats eight controllers for four player, insain. Though I have to say it does look like it can do everything the Wiimote with Motion Plus can do. But I'll stick with my Wiimote. Notice that at E3 2006 Nintendo showed tons of games where you would use two controllers, then they dropped it. Sony should have taken note!

actually, 4 is the most you'll ever need.

Only two players can play with 2 move controllers each, and up to 4 players with one controller each. So 4 is the max. I think the navigator or whatever it's called will support another 4 as a supplement.

He did finally answer the question. He kept skating around it in the beginning by trying to change the subject back to the game with the 2 wand scheme.

The interviewer wanted detail and had to ask several times before he explained how it would work.

On Wii you can use the nunchuck as a separate controller, so up to 8 players can play..... but that's conna be hard..
