This statement is very disheartening for any ps3 owner, well at least to me. To me this proof that mgs4 truly will go to the 360. This to me says that sony still is out of touch with its consumers. Microsoft clearly has a different mentallity seeing as how they paid for bioshock and who knows what else. I realize sony is hard at work publishing games from their internal studios but still, microsoft game studios has put out some truly epic games that sell very well compared to lair, which sucked,hewvenly sword and uncharted drakes fortune which were ok but not the triple AAA titles sony NEEDS . Sony has yet to release anything as big as halo or gears of war, both are exmtremely popular among gamers in the west. Nintendo has mario and all of its first party titles. I know folks will come in here "but sony has ff13 and mgs4", based from that quote i have no doubt whatso ever that both those games will be multiplatform. Look i would consider myself a concerned sony fanboy and this topic isnt meant to bash the ps3 in any way but im sorry if sony wants to be competive they need these triple aaa titles to be exclusive and they clearly just font care if they are or not.

Hey at least blu ray is winning. 

It will still be a timed exclusive. 360 owners shouldnt expect it any sooner than fall of 2009.

Microsoft knows more than anyone on earth that they in no way can win Japan. They just wanna do better. Even if its just 1 million sold by 2010.

Ms could see this as games come it will boost sales. Which then motivates them to spend maybe 10-20 million to buy 360 FF (just random scenerio there)

Yes we will see a spike, but i expect sales to stay up to 7-12k after it which will def help.

agreed, MS should just hit europe hard, i think they have a much better chance and europe has alot more market share at this point

But keep making this JRPGS which should help for japan and also makes alot of gamers in the west happy so win win situation

Thats true, if was half as aggressive as ms is now theyd be doing alot better but they seem to content with third. "We're to good to pay for exclusives" is basaically what im seeing and in the long run, its going to hurt them. I think at least and i would consider myself a sony fanboy.
