Am definitely getting one of these. The bog standard DS and the DSi just haven't appealed to me, the games just haven't appealed to me, but the third party titles in particular on their way is astounding. Who in their right mind wouldn't want to play a Resident Evil game in 3D..? Going to have to remember to have a clean pair of boxer shorts ready before I play it lololol.
I love the survival/horror genre and it wouldn't surprise me if we'll also see a Dead space 3D and Silent Hill 3D coming to the 3DS as well.

The 3DS is almost like the successor to the Wii. It has the 3rd party supports, graphics, and even 3D!!!
This might not come at cheap price though...
The device looks great but it has few hardware shortcomings...
No dual analog stick (they never learn), only 400 pixel wide screen when 3D effect is on, 0.3 megapixel camera (WTF...my 2006 phone has more), slightly more pwoerful than Ps2/PSP...6 years later.
Its essentially all about the games.

Yep. I can't wait to put my hands on that sexy Black 3DS.... with the Ocarina remake of course, and all the great games coming to it (Kid Icarus looks great)
