How would you know if KINECT is going to be on OPRAH/ELLEN/all these wonderful shows?

I don't even want to continue posting in this thread.. The fact I'm reading "KINECT IS INNOVATION, PS MOVE IS A WII RIP OFF" is just extraordanary..

you can continue to have your own opinions, but all of you ignored PS MOVE at GDC because you all (most of the posters in this thread) don't even have a ps3..  I do, and I saw the games, and the reception for it was incredibly positive.. just because microsoft decided to finally reveal kinect and its games, doesn't mean suddenly the entire population wants kinect.. Move has had a head start, and will continue to have it come September.. so let's see who does better. Oh and i'm more than certain SONY wont just use coke cans as a form of advertisement..

I don't think it's just "PS MOVE IS A WII RIP OFF", but the concept of PS Move has been done. The "wand", and "subcontroller" are basically the, "wiimote", and "nunchuck". It's the same concept.

Casual gamers usually aren't following technology in gaming as we do, so it being allegedly more accurate doesn't matter to them. Kinect is entirely different because there's no tangible controller...thus "innovative". It's not a small feat according to what the teach-heads are saying, and clearly that's shown by some lackluster performances here and there with the Kinect games. However, it IS fundamentally different in the way people interact with there games, and seperates itself from the same concept as the Wii (controller wise at least), while still remaining to be a motion controlled experience.

I like buttons im not really into motion gaming much. I may try move for sorcery and to see all the hype of the wii crowd loving the controls  with some fps but that will be it unless something else interesting comes along. I dont think a little fable 3 integration will be all that exciting i could be wrong but at the moment im not sold. i have seen games add a little motion or camera stuff and it didnt really add to the experience in my opinion. but i could be wrong i will have to wait and see.
