nice

great improvement!

just another request: i think that a sigle rss feed for the charts would be better (that is updated as soon as new charts become available and that provides links to the charts pages: US, Japan and EU)...right now the feeds for the charts are linked to the game databese: not so useful in my opinion!

2008 year end sales (made in January 2008):

44.2 M 27.1 M 20.8 M

sorry for my English...i'll try to explain better! :)

right now there's a feed for each region but in a rss reader only the actual top 10 is displayed (with a link for each game pointing to the entry in the game database: not so useful in my opinion)...i'd find more useful if the charts feeds were organized just like the news/articles feed (so with a link directly pointing to the chart's web page as soon as a new chart becomes available). Hope this explains better! :)

In other words as the news feed is a way to keep subscribers updated as soon as a new article is published/ulpoaded, the charts feed in my opinion should be a way to keep subscribers updated as soon as a new chart becomes available!

I have no idea what an RSS feed is. what would happen if i clicked on it?

Instead of seeking to convince others, we can be open to changing our own minds, and seek out information that contradicts our own steadfast point of view. Maybe it’ll turn out that those who disagree with you actually have a solid grasp of the facts. There’s a slight possibility that, after all, you’re the one who’s wrong.

so it ells us if they get updated...cool.
@kirby...yes, everyone was doing it, i couldn't be left out.

So you want a list of the most recently updated charts, ordered by when they are updated and linking back to that chart page?

yes! :)

P.S.

in that way while i'm at work on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday i can just visit the site when the charts get updated (^^")...

Very handy - excellent work. I am setting up a video game review site, and I can embed your 'WorldWide Top 10' RSS Feed into my home page. This will be updated automatically - this would otherwise be a weekly manual process for me to stay current. I've been looking all over for a game chart feed - excellent work...

Are you going to limit these feeds to the top 10 only, or are you going to eventually include say the top 50 etc...

Also what would be handy would be the top 10 for the major platforms (PS3, X360, WII, DS, PSP) - for example someone with a PS3 may only see one or two titles in the combined top 10...
