Forgot to mention, Sorcery looked AWESOME. At first I was totally turned off by the harry potter likeness of Sorcery but it looks like a very good adventure game. Hopefully they have a non-move version, otherwise I won't be buying it.

Comparatively speaking though, isn't the closest thing to the Move the Wiimote? I mean Kinetic might be pretty expensive, but it's also something totally different from Move. How does Move fare price wise to the Wiimote?

Oh. Great. I can see why they didnt announce that at the show, since The Last Guardian wasn't ready to be shown they would have just upset people by reminding them about ICO.

Not exactly.  Nintendo had an excellent Wii showing with Zelda, DKC (by Retro!), Kirby, Metroid, Mario Sports and some highlighted key 3rd party exclusives like NBA Jam, Goldeneye and Epic Mickey (which they actually brought out Warren Fucking Spector for).  Their only casual fluff was like 5 minutes each spent on Wii Party and Just Dance 2, which means their negatives weren't nearly as bad as Sony's boring Move stuff or Microsoft's embarrassing Kinect stuff either.  

3DS really raped everything though.  Forget handhelds or consoles, 3DS is hands down the winning game system of E3.

The Sony Coca-Cola deal is similar to the Sega Chiquita deal, where, to promote Monkey Ball, Sega had SMB related things placed on like 80 million bananas

Well my 2 cents for this last big 3 conference...

The presentation was I thought very smooth.  Flowed very well, with not too many hiccups. 

I'd have to give it an A minus. 

However, I felt it was too much a commercial.  Stop with the clips of all the different games and that PS only does everything.  Hell, used that in TV commercials, not in this conference.

Too many FPS.  Move looked good with that Sorcery game. 

Now if we include content and products and the like, I'd have to go Nintendo (the surprise software and mainly 3DS)>>>> Microsoft (Kinect interface seems cool)> Sony (GT5 and Sorcery Move).

Overall, a good E3 for all.



I game.  You game.  We game.

I'm a videogamer, not a fanboy, but have a special place for Nintendo.

Previous Game Consoles:  PS3/Xbox360/Wii/DSL/Pretty much every one thats been released since the Atari 2600.
