Hell, I put over 200 hours in TP in a single run. Little sleep, little food, few showers. I've easily put over 1500 hours into it.

Imagine how fanatically some people play World of Warcraft. That's how I play Zelda.

 

Also, this is about 1000 hours in the Gamecube version and 500 in the Wii version.

This is why you do not allow Bioware to touch any franchise. They can take what should have been easily a great game and make it a pile a crap. Not that Sonic has been doing well lately in my eyes anyways, but still how can you take a awesome gaming Icon and build  such a crappy RPG?

I think it'll be a lot more interesting if Square Enix gave other developers a shot at Final Fantasy.

Sega giving Bioware a shot isn't the only thing that their fumbling.  They've lost their focus and a lot of their original developers.  I think a gaming company loses their edge that way.

I am really convinced that the word mature applies differently to the game industry than it does to the rest of the world. Its absolutely ridiculous the discrepancy between how it is used in the game space and how it should actually apply.
