I can do at least 70 any day of the week. I probably weigh around 155-160lbs(haven't checked in a while). Being part of the HS basketball team twice helped(It was JV, but hey), and being part of X country and Track all of HS helped too.

this will sound ridicolous but i cant do any proper pushups.Every time i try,my elbows pop out to the side...

unless you are talking about your elbows actually dislocating...then thats fine.  the position of your arms just works different muscles.  nothing wrong with it.

ah that clears it up a bit.I can do about 20 at max but when i looked online all these vids said that its crucial to have your elbows in ,which for me is physically impossible.

200 push ups non-stop, 3 times a day. In prison: you have a lot free time on your hands. Sit ups and push ups help pass time. In prison I did up to 3,000 sit ups and 1,000 push ups: every day.

Most days I do 200 push ups a day and 500 sit ups a day. I also run 10 miles a day.

I would not say I am fit, just average fitness. I am no Olympian and definitely not professional athlete. Just a regular person trying to keep in shape.

Hard to believe you can do 200 push ups in a row, that would require like 4 years of doing push ups daily.

I'm 83 KG, about 180lb. Three times a week, I do 40 perfect form pushups, followed by 35 then 30. I used to do more but find it's a waste of energy for the rest of the routine.

30 pushups after doing a set of 20 prior. 160 pounds.

I know a guy who can do 1000.

Not sure how many but i do 3 sets of 30, 3 times a week...I think I could 60-70 easily

100 without stopping. took me like 3 years to get to this point : )
