I can do at least 70 any day of the week. I probably weigh around 155-160lbs(haven't checked in a while). Being part of the HS basketball team twice helped(It was JV, but hey), and being part of X country and Track all of HS helped too.

ah that clears it up a bit.I can do about 20 at max but when i looked online all these vids said that its crucial to have your elbows in ,which for me is physically impossible.

In prison I did up to 3,000 sit ups and 1,000 push ups: every day. Most days I do 200 push ups a day and 500 sit ups a day. I also run 10 miles a day. I would not say I am fit, just average fitness. I am no Olympian and definitely not professional athlete. Just a regular person trying to keep in shape. |
Hard to believe you can do 200 push ups in a row,that would require like 4 years of doing push ups daily.
I'm 83 KG, about 180lb. Three times a week, I do 40 perfect form pushups, followed by 35 then 30. I used to do more but find it's a waste of energy for the rest of the routine.
Not sure how many but i do 3 sets of 30, 3 times a week...I think I could 60-70 easily
100 without stopping. took me like 3 years to get to this point : )
