I've seen not even one Sony fan in here implying that, nor stating it.

He's talking about Squilliam.....far from a Sony fan.

It will happen IMO. Many third party exclusives don't stay exclusive for long.

Who's the best Pac, Nas, and Big. Just leave it to that.

PLAYSTATION®3 is the future.....NOW.......B_E_L_I_E_V_E

Slaughterhouse Is The Sh*t  .... NOW ........ B_E_L_I_E_V_E

Still exclusive, nothing has changed : http://www.computerandvideogames.com/article.php?id=250223

People acting like PS3 "exclusives" never made their way on the Xbox 360...

Hi @ Tekken
Hi @ Final Fantasy XIII
Hi @ Assassin's Creed
Hi @ GTA IV
Hi @ Devil May Cry IV
Hi @ LA Noire

Look at the sales of Rockstar / Take Two games on 360... 800k for RDR in one week, outselling the PS3 version by more than 50%. GTA IV on 360 outselling the PS3 version by a decent margin as well.

3rd party exclusives doesn't make sense for any publisher with a userbase of 40 million on the rival platform. (excluding the Wii, it couldn't handle this game anyway)

Ohhh ok so you agree that Gears of war, Mass effect and All 3rd party 360 exclusives games should be on PS3 too right? they can't ignore 35m install base right?

Problem with your logics here is that all those games you mentioned are published by Microsoft so they never will go to PS3 as long as publishing rights are held so dont hold your breath on any of those. We are talking about 3rd party exclusives too and Gears of War and Mass Effect are 2nd party games. We are talking about Games like Tales of Vesperia,  Magna Carta 2, Splinter Cell:Conviction, Metro 2033 etc.....

Nope, The other guy tried the same argument your giving me and failed why? because I asked him to explain me this...

Ninja gaiden 2 published by Microsoft yet there's a PS3 version out.

Maybe you would like to try and explain this to me? since the other dude couldn't?..... well?

Ninja Gaiden 2 is technically an exclusive and technically isn't in a way. Ninja Gaiden Sigma 2 is only on PS3 and Publiched by Tecmo but Ninja Gaiden 2 which was Published by Microsoft in partnership with Tecmo is only for X360. Tecmo got around any trouble with this because of a different name for the game and likely because of the amount of additional content added. Personally though I feel that the additional boss fights are lame in Sigma 2.

The Ninja Gaiden 2 fiasco is in a completely different scenario than the others. It was Co-Published by Microsoft similar to what Microsoft did with Project Sylpheed and Tenchu Z. This is only in the West because Tecmo was the Publisher for Ninja Gaiden 2 in Japan if I remember correctly. IDK this is just what I remember about this whole fiasco but none the less it is a totally different situation than say Mass Effect & Gears of War.

How our favorite systems are just like humans and sometimes have issues finding their special someone...

Xbox 360 wants to KinectPS3 wants to Move!  Why are both systems having such relationship problems?  The reason is they both become so infactuated with desire while watching the Wii as it waggles on by. They simply want what they can't have.

Microsoft is probably saving it for next year's E3.

yeah ps3 exclusive games and franchises have NEVER gone to xbox 360 as exclusive, timed exclusive or multiplatform titles:

Grand Theft Auto IV, Street Fighter IV, Assassin's Creed, Virtua Fighter 5, Soulcalibur IV, Devil May Cry 4, Unreal Tournament III, Tekken 6, FF13, Tales of Vesperia, Ace Combat 6, Bully: Scholarship Edition, Metal Gear Solid Rising, Way of the Samurai series, Raiden series, Virtual On series, Star Ocean: The Last Hope, Dance Dance Revolution series, Dark Sector, GripShift, Beautiful Katamari, Record of Agarest War, Earth Defense Force 2017, Magna Carta 2, Quantum Theory, Samurai Warriors series, Armored Core series etc.

more apropriate question here is how many exclusive games and franchises to playstation stayed exclusive on playstation console? besides Yakuza franchise there's nothing. all those games and franchises went multiplatform, exclusively to 360 or to completely different platform(mostly psp and ds).

will Agent will become multiplatform - probably yes. will we see the game anytime soon? hell no.

Can we leave The Agent as a PS3 exclusive?  It is good for a system to get a few major third party exclusives.  Also, it is important for variety sake.  By having The Agent exclusive, at least the idea of the "Best game ever" can be debatable.  The Agent being exclusive means MGS4 at least has ONE competitor to it that some will drum up as "best game ever".

Proud psOne/2/3/p owner.  I survived Aplcalyps3 and all I got was this lousy Signature.

In answer to the question posed in the thread title: whenever MS ponies up the cash, as usual.

With MGS4 they were either too late, or they tried but Kojima gave it the 'f*** no.'
