Your post is contradictory, if you only come to the site for sales and forums then you only need to use VGChartz and gamrConnect now. Some people come here just for news so they can use gamrFeed, some will start coming for reviews / previews and will only be interested in gamrReview and so on. Many investors come to read sales data and don't want to have to go through the clutter of news posts, forum threads and comments so they'll only visit VGChartz now.

Each site has something for different people which is the whole point in splitting it up - you agreed with that yourself when you said you only want what you consider as traditional VGC features, whereas there are others out there who want different things from the site.


The original VGC 1.0 was VGC,gamrfeed plus recent forum

 

the current VGCHARTZ has only sales news,sales chart and sales forum

 

the old one had all recent forums,sales and news feed on one page along with prediction league

 

 

the bext i suggest would be make VGC HUB like the old VGC and whoever only comes for review,news or sales can go to VGC,gamrfeed,and gamrreview

My major complaint is how the forum looks now. It looks like it's a forum that's made on those free servers... 

It's also hard to see the difference between what someone wrote and what someone has quoted. And I hate the fact that they took away the area in which you could see in what threads you posted(I know it's still here, but it's harder to go to right now). 

Respect is something you have to earn. 

On a more positive note, those video ads are finally gone and the site's faster. But that's all the good things I could find. 


I hope he didn't get banned over that. What he said was harsh but he did make a valid point without being a jerk.

I absolutely love the new site. It'll take a while to explore it and learn all of the new things in it, and I look forward to doing so. However, could I get "Poll Admin" added to the titles in my profile? Not that I have a big ego (well, maybe I do!), but that it would help people know that I make polls and perhaps more people would come to me and suggest poll ideas.

People,this is the first day of the this new Vgchartz. Give ioi and his team a chance. geez!!!!!! I'm sure what bugs and kinks this new version has will be worked out. I'm sure they'll work some stuff back in and add some things. I personally don't see what the big deal is. I love this new version. Just let them do their jobs. I think some of you are going way overboard. When it comes down to it,it's just a redesign of the same site,that basically does the same things as before.

games sales and reviews are not together anymore....:(  and what about previous comments by users on those reviews...they all gone??

there was nothing wrong with the comment,if it was ioi then banning him was completely wrong

we are letting them do their job,they obviosly did their job

 

we are just trying to suggest what could be better,anyways if they don't want it won't happen but we as a community like to suggest what is best for VGC

i find this version of vgc awesome it takes the good parts of all sites and makes something good it has a taste of ign and a taste of facebook and a taste of twitter its good but will need some getting used to!
