If you gonna get a 3Dtv get a Sony.

I don't think they worth buying yet.  3k is too much unless you make good money and can afford it.  The most I would spend on a tv is $500 and even that is too much to me.  I don't think 3D will make you enjoy the games more than you already do.

Any intelligent reason why you think one should get a Sony 3D TV?

While I'd like to see if Killzone 3 in 3D is truly a "game-changing experience", I'm just not into the 3D craze enough to warrant buying a 3DTV.

Rockstar: Announce Bully 2 already and make gamers proud!

Kojima: Come out with Project S already!

I am getting those games for sure, I just bought a 50 inch LG LED 240 htz 1080p TV that I love, but I was looking at the new Sharp, they have new technology that no one has , all other TVs shoot 3 colore, red , blue , green, The new Sharp shoots 4 colors they add a yellow in the mix, and the picture is unreal, so anyone looking for a new tv, look at the new Sharps that shoot the 4 colors, I forget that it is called but I am sure where you look at them the sales guys will know.

I'm not getting a 3D TV while they need glasses to achieve that effect. When they're glasses-free, we'll see. (pun not intended)

Sony is better quality then most, sony uses the xmb on all of its hardware, so its familiar and easy to navigte forsony users. Sony TV's are specially build to interface ith the ps3. That's why you buy Sony and not Vagiplex or Snatchovision. Samsung and Vizio are also very high quality, but sony has the familiar interface.

What walkerj said.  The interface stuff.  I think it's better but others are good too.

lol...it will be many years before Vagiplex or Snatchovision release 3D TV's. But your point is fair...

I got myself a 55" samsung 120hz led not that long ago and love it, didnt want to pony up the extra 800 to get the 3d model, so maybe next gen when 3d will be more the norm in terms of games.
