Forums - Sales Discussion - NA Wii Demand

I went to RS the other day and was surprised to see a wall of video game stuffs. I asked if they carried Wii's too since they had the wiimotes and nunchuks. I bet the wanted Wii's but Nintendo said no because they can't fill orders with their existing customers let alone RS.

Sorry, but I hate Radio Shack.

The employee policies are annoying, such as constantly asking if I need help, watching my every move...etc. And a lot of things are far too overpriced...the only time I ever go there is for specific audio or video jacks or cables that I can't find at retail stores, and that I need quickly instead of ordering online.

LEFT4DEAD411.COM
Bet with disolitude: Left4Dead will have a higher Metacritic rating than Project Origin, 3 months after the second game's release.  (hasn't been 3 months but it looks like I won :-p )

I hate RadioShack for those same reasons.

At the same time I hate Best Buy, Curcuit City and any other box retailer because when I do actually need help with something I know I won't get it. Unless I'm buying a $2000 tv or something.

Couldn't agree more! Their employees are bugging me every single time I go to the store (nearly everyday) and ask "may I help you?", "still into Pokemon? lol" and such, not to mention they're completely ignorant! At least they import US DS and PS3 games :D

Everytime I walk into a Gamestop to buy something (about 10-12 minutes of browsing), I constantly hear the employees on the phone... "No, we already got our shipment this week. No, we can't reserve or pre pay. They're first come, first serve. No, I don't know when the new shipment comes in. We get a few about twice a week."

I hear that broken record at least 2-3 times just during my short visits. Imagine working there.
