Should the UK pull out of this ridiculous show?

I agree we cam last because our song absoloutely sucked, it deserved to come last, but this country never seems to bother trying.

Pull out because the song you send in sucked and got last?

That is a bit sad isn't it?

For the rest I quite enjoy the show only a little sad that bigger countries has a lot more chance to get votes (Russia/Turkey).

Yeah! If you can't win, why bother competing, right?!

Not that I have any interest in Eurovision, at all, but that's a silly attitude.

UK's song was terrible this year. I still think the Belarus song was worse though. The order was generally good, but there was still some obvious political voting.

Our song was poor, certainly deserved to finish last or at least in the bottom 3. I was pleased with the competition overall. Much better in all aspects than 2003-2008 (I only started watching in 03) but not quite hitting the heights of 2009. It was nice to see a western-european nation win it for the first time in years though (although personally I think Germany's song wasn't that much better than ours).

My Eurovision posts always seem to end up rambling.

Seriously? The UK already won five times the ESC and now giving up would be quite pathetic.

Norway won last year and so far I know it is counted as an Western-European nation..

In fact I don't like the winners of 09-10. This year I did not really had a favourite.
