Gran Turismo or any realistic racer series really. Most popular Sports series as well, all though I have played Madden and Tiger Woods and about 8 Tony Hawk games. =P

Oh yeah. I've never played Metal Gear Solid either. Oh and then there's WoW, Manhunt, Quake, and I've only played one Final Fantasy game for like 10 minutes.

Mario. I've never played any incarnation of Mario. The closest thing I played was some German port - Giana Sisters or something like this. AFAIK the first level was exactly the same as in Mario.
