So, like some of you maybe have understood because of my Silent Hill thread, I am going to get into horror games this summer :)

I am now sitting here thinking about the Resident Evil Series for example. I am thinking of getting Resident Evil 1 (for wii) and I was wondering if I should start with that one, or if I should play Residen Evil Zero first?

Also, what other horrorgames are "must-plays", and what games should I play in wich order they should be played!

I have really never played any horrorgames before, so I am a noob at the subject!

The ones I have on my list so far is:

Silent Hill 1-4

Silent Hill: Shattered Memories

Resident Evil 1

Dead Space

Alan Wake

Not sure about RE0 bec I never tried it. But def. get the RE series from 1-4, the 5th one was good but is not scary at all. The rest of your choices are good.

But ok, from what I remember Eternal Darkness for the gamecube is very good! Lots of chilling moments!

You should start with Resident Evil 1. Zero is harder and way more frustrating. For the story, don't worry, you can start with RE1. IMO The story of 0 is a bit more complicated if you didn't played the 1st. After you finished those, try Resident Evil 2, 3 (my favorite) and Code Veronica X (that's a challenge) and maybe 5. Forget about the 4.
