I buy all of my games used, does this really effect the publishers as much as they claim? They say it is "worse than piracy". I want to support the developers and publishers, I didn't think that getting my game $10 off would do any damage to them.

I think developers now days just want to complain about increased cost of production but blame something totally not necessary.

Most of my games are used. Why pay more to make some publishers happy? It's your money, so you spend it the way you want to.

You do realize that when you that no matter what you pay for a used game publishers get $0 from that transaction.... right?

Personally I hope they come to some sort of agreement with stores to make brand new games untradable for it's first 2 months.

Devs deserve money back for their hard work ... not for greedy stores to take it.
