That is life.....some people who went on vacation and had a great time have this problem when they are back at home...

meh theres a wall of words i cant read i get headaches from reading long paragraphs like that :P

oh and i also get that feeling smtimes especially when there r no good games coming out soon or i dont like a game that came out or im bored of all my regularly played games :P

Probably burn out. I kind of hit that. It lasted about a year. Now i'm back to no-lifeing!

Besides taking a break as some have suggested it might be time to try expand your gaming horizons. Don't read any reviews and just pick a game outside the genres that you tend to prefer, a game that you wouldn't normally play. Perhaps some downloadable titles so that it's not going to cost you an arm and a leg to experiment.

Don't worry, your gaming interest will come back. I'm currently in a gaming burnout since pokemon heart gold/soul silver and it's not the first time that I got this burnout. But each time, I play some old school game and I regain slowly my gaming interest.

haha boy do i love megaman :). that game is fun as lol! I think that, as one comment stated, that a lot of review and pr are complete B/S and the games really arent that good. I cna now really see the appeal the wii has. It really isnt about graphics at all or facy online systems or anyhting. It is completely about 100% gameplay and fun. I also hate games with giant inrto tutorials that last over an hour. god its awful! I think ill go for a game i wouldnt usually like i did that once with forza 3 and it was great fun.

The world has so much to offer other than games this is expected and normal. I wasn't feeling gaming for a least a month and it was good!! Let it be!!!

This has happened to me recently too. Which kinda sucks because now more than ever would be an opportune time to play a lot of games, since I just graduated and don't have a job yet, so there is little else going on in my life right now. But more and more I'm finding I have to force myself to play many games, like it's a chore.

There are a few exceptions like Gears 2, or MW2, which I'm usually in the mood to play, and more recently South Park Tower Defense, which is highly addictive, especially with multiple players. But most games now I just have no desire to play. I might just need a break.

age has nothing to do with it, you can be over 30 and play games .. i think its because those games that you played and didn't like them is probably because you aint interested in that type of franchise at all or anymore?...
