Awesome, they're setting the bar where I want it from the looks of things! Hopefully that includes a longer singleplayer campaign and some better voice acting though.

I'm excited to see that jetpack in action, and I really hope we get to see more of the Helghast-culture in the right way, and not just something that is tacked on. Please make a great singleplayer!

EDIT: I wonder why the hell Sony are showing off Killzone 3 and LBP2 so early though, what are they going to show at E3? Move-titles? Even more blockbusters? AAAAAAARRRRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHH!!! I want to know!

EDITEDIT: I wonder how it will play in 3D! And if it will have Move support. At least we know the 3D rumors were true, so since the same rumors talked about Move controls, that could be true as well!

"2 days ago I was able to play Killzone 3 behind closed doors in Amsterdam and have to say that it looks crazy.

The graphics are still based on the same engine as its predecessor, but was immensely improved.
While the playable areas of the second part of the series were pretty linear, we can assume that there will be wider areas like those of Battlefield BC 2.
What impressed me the most in the 30 minutes were the snow effects. It just looks fantastic how the snow lays down on the weapon and melts when shooting - and all that in 3D!
To be honest, I was a bit sceptical but KZ3 looks phenomenal in 3D, the explosions, the rain and the snow seem to be so real, that hollywood blockbusters like Avatar pale in comparison.
According to Guerilla each exemplar will be shipped with 2 killzone-styled 3D glasses.
I can't say anything about the controls, because Sony didn't show anything about them, but KZ3 is targeted to be played with a generic controller or the Arc.

Intriguing how SOCOM, LBP and Killzone are revealed BEFORE E3. They must have an absolute crapload in the pipeline.

lol why all these announcements before e3? Do they have bigger games to focus on? or maybe they want to focuse on the move and perhaps psp2?

Anyway, 3-D. Is it really possible to run this game in 3-D? That's great. Arctic areas also are always nice.

So it seems the 3D will be available to everyone, and Move controls are confirmed! I wonder if they will have two 3D modes, one for their "real" 3D and a lesser one that can be viewed on a normal TV.
